Track Attack
No suena nada
The party music game: the TV plays the music and everyone uses their phone as a buzzer. Whoever recognises the song first gets the point.
▶ Play nowWhat you need
- A big screen with a browser and speakers: a computer, a TV with a browser or a computer connected to the TV. That’s where the music plays and the game is shown.
- One phone per player (up to 8). Nothing to install and no account needed.
How to start
- Open thingsdonehere.com on the big screen and press Start. That button also turns on the sound.
- Scan the QR code it shows with your phone and type your name.
- The first one in is the host: they pick a playlist (suggested, searched on Spotify or pasted as a link) and the settings, and press Start.
The rules
- Before each song there’s a 3-second countdown. Then a preview of the song plays.
- A red button appears on the phones: whoever buzzes first stops the music and has 20 seconds to type which song it is. The search suggests the songs in the playlist.
- If they get it wrong, the music carries on for the others and whoever missed waits 3 seconds before buzzing again.
- If nobody gets it in time, the song is revealed and the next one starts.
- The first to reach the agreed points (5, 10, 15 or 20) wins.
Game modes
Song and year
Each player starts with one card on their timeline: a song with its year. When you name a song, you have 25 seconds to place it on your timeline: does it go before or after the ones you have? Place it right and you get another point and keep the card; otherwise you lose it. The longer your timeline, the harder the next one.
Song only
Faster: naming the song is the point and there’s no year to place.
Settings
- Search songs by title and artist or title only (harder: artists are hidden).
- Seconds to buzz: 10, 15, 20 or 30.
- Language: Spanish or English. The suggested playlists change with the language.
FAQ
Do I need a Spotify or Deezer account?
No. The music is 30-second Deezer previews and you don’t sign in anywhere.
There’s no sound

I opened the page on my phone and it says to use a big screen
The main address is the game screen. Phones join by scanning the QR code it shows.
Can I use my own playlists?
Yes, if they’re public: copy the playlist link in Spotify or Deezer and paste it into the search box.
Why isn’t a song’s year what I expected?
The year comes from the release date of that version. Some reissues and compilations have a later date than the original.
